Steve was also a Great Preceptor with Arances and his friends. He works as a taxi driver and the self-proclaimed manager when he was 22 years old. He is a good friend of Nortis Lasala.

Steve made his appearance in New Era of Scrabout alongside Nortis, Arances and Cyan. They are met up each other while Adjaua and Jayvees are not here to meeting. Steve is only commentary for the first time because they are trained hard and powered him without Jayvees.
